There are specific culinary musts whenever you plan a Walt Disney World resort vacation.

In the Magic Kingdom park alone, you’ve got to have a hot dog at Casey’s, the cheeseburger spring rolls right at the entrance to Adventureland and, of course, you’ve got to have a Cheshire Cat Tail.

But above all others, the single most imperative for any trip to Disney is the mighty Dole Whip.

Where can I find Dole Whip at Magic Kingdom?

The Magic Kingdom has a handful of locations where you can find some version of the Dole Whip.

Specifically, you can visit the Aloha Isle, next to the Tiki Room in Adventureland; the Sunshine Tree Terrace, which is before you get to the Swiss Family Robinson Tree House in Adventureland and the Storybook Treats in Fantasyland.

The menus also include a variety of other refreshments including soft-serve ice cream treats. Don’t be afraid to use the mobile order option on the My Disney Experience app.

What’s the best Dole Whip in Magic Kingdom?

Ah, my friends, you’ve asked a riddle that cannot be solved. Best? The pursuit of “best” is folly when discussing Dole Whip. Indeed, they are all beautiful and perfect in their own way.

But we can tell you our favorites and then encourage you to explore on your own. As always, menu items may be seasonal and are subject to change.

8. The cups

For the purist, there is in fact, a variety of flavored Dole Whips that come in a cup. Unadorned and unaccompanied, these soft-serve delicacies stand on their own.

At the Sunshine Tree Terrace, you can try the Dole Whip Orange Cup, the Dole Whip Strawberry Cup or the somewhat more adventurous Orange Cream Soft-Serve Cup.

At Aloha Isle, the cups include the classic Pineapple Dole Whip Cup, which features Dole Whip pineapple swirled with vanilla, the Raspberry Swirl cup, which has Dole Whip Pineapple swirled with Dole Whip Raspberry, and the Coconut Cup which can either be plain coconut or coconut swirled with pineapple.

There’s a lot of swirling in the whip game.

7. Orange Bird Sipper

More expensive but also more manageable from a messy standpoint is the Orange Bird Sipper at the Sunshine Tree Terrace.

It’s exactly what it sounds like. For $15 and change, you get a sipper in the shape of the classic character Orange Bird filled with Orange Dole Whip.

It’s not fancy, but it’s the least messy option for kids. And, you get a cool sipper to take home and never use again.

This Dole Whip takes us to our lone non-Adventureland offering.

The Aurora Cone – available at Storybook Treats in Fantasyland – is a Dole Whip Strawberry and Blue soft serve in a sugar cone. It’s topped with white chocolate pearls.

It’s pretty. And it is also delicious.

However, when the weather is hot, it is also a recipe for a meltdown.

Disney Springs

Dole Whip Orange is a favorite at Disney, with good reason.

This fun specialty offering is Dole Whip Orange in a vanilla waffle bowl. It’s topped with whipped cream, green sprinkles and an also an Orange Bird chocolate piece.

The Pop Century Resort also used to have a Dole Whip option. In fact, you never know where Dole Whip is gonna pop up.

Wait. What about Hollywood Studios?

Nope. The closest we can come is Boardwalk Joe’s which is closer to EPCOT than it is Hollywood Studios and the only Dole Whip it offers is the pineapple smoothie.

The Silver Screen Spirits Pool Bar at the All-Star Movies Resort also offers a pineapple Dole Whip smoothie.

Where can I get a Dole Whip with alcohol at Disney?

Swirls on the Water in Disney Springs offers alcoholic beverages.

So does Tamu Tamu in Harambe, Africa, in Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park.

Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort also has a Dole Whip with Rum Floater that’s delicious.

During the best of EPCOT’s festivals – the Flower & Garden Festival – you can get an alcoholic Dole Whip at Refreshment Port. You can also find the Refreshment Outpost near the Canada Pavilion.

BoardWalk Joe’s Marvelous Margaritas, located on Disney Boardwalk, offers the Captain’s Seaside Sensation, a Dole Whip Pineapple Smoothie with Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum.

The Oasis Bar & Grill at Disney’s Polynesian Resort offers the Frozen Margarita with Dole Whip Lime and features Corazón Blanco tequila blended with Lime Dole Whip and chili-lime seasoning.
